Oh, them… Borland just forgot to tell us about them
They are present in virtually all Delphi and Kylix versions. Delphi’s definition of a macro is simply a recorded combination of keystrokes that can be played back.
i.e. If you record “procedure Foo;<enter>begin<enter>end;<enter>” and play the macro then the same text will be added.
To record macros press Ctrl+Shift+R and use the same combination to stop recording. An indicator in the statusbar will show if recording is taking place. To play it back use Ctrl+Shift+P.
